Before founding Hilltide Rentals, he worked at Weatherford Capital, a private equity firm with over $1B in AUM where he specialized in capital formation. His path to entrepreneurship began at the age of 15 when he started his first business, a commercial pressure washing company. This early start set the course for a career marked by continuous innovation and a drive to add value.
Sam is a Florida native who feels a deep connection to the Sunshine State and believes strongly in its future potential. His local roots give him insight into the needs and opportunities in the region, particularly in the Tampa Bay Area. Hilltide Rentals was founded to deliver top-notch equipment and service to support Florida’s rapidly growing construction industry.
Outside of his professional life, Sam is an avid outdoorsman, spending much of his free time saltwater fishing. His love for Florida’s natural environment complements his business interests and highlights his deep appreciation for the state he calls home.
