Product Overview – SJ843 TH Telehandler
The Skyjack SJ843 TH is a high-capacity telehandler engineered for demanding material handling tasks. With a maximum lift capacity of 8,000 lbs (3,629 kg) and a maximum lift height of 43’ 4” (13.21 m), it delivers strength and reach for a wide range of construction and industrial applications.
Powered by a 74 hp / 221 lb-ft Deutz TCD 2.2L Tier 4 Final engine that requires no DPF or DEF, the SJ843 TH incorporates SMARTORQUE™ efficiency to deliver full jobsite performance with reduced maintenance complexity. It comes equipped with a 3-speed Dana powershift transmission, Dana axles, and a yoke-mounted lifting hook for safe underslung load handling.
Standard features include a 48” quick-attach floating pin carriage, foam-filled 13 x 24 Grip Lug tires, steel engine cowling, steel component covers, and an in-cab multifunction display. The suspension seat and single multifunction joystick enhance operator comfort and control. Optional attachments—such as extended carriages, truss booms, buckets, and high-capacity forks—provide adaptability for diverse job site needs.
