The Skyjack SJ85 AJ articulating boom lift combines impressive height, long outreach, and industry-leading up-and-over clearance with the precision of an articulating jib. Designed for accessing challenging work areas, it offers a 91′ (27.74 m) working height, 56′ (17.07 m) horizontal reach, and 34′ (10.36 m) up-and-over capability, making it ideal for construction, maintenance, and industrial applications.
Key performance features include EASYDRIVE™ direction-sensing controls, SPEEDYREACH™ negative boom angle capability, SKYRISER™ true vertical rise, AXLDRIVE™ axle-based 4WD, and 45% gradeability for confident maneuvering on uneven terrain. Dual platform capacities of 500 / 750 lbs (227 / 340 kg) allow crews to bring more tools and materials to height, while drivability at full height and 360° continuous turret rotation maximize efficiency.
The SJ85 AJ’s operator-focused design features proportional controls, a tri-entry bolt-in platform railing system, SKYCODED™ color-coded wiring, and easy-service access with a swing-out engine tray and swing-up cowlings.
