Product Overview – SJ1256 THS Telehandler
The Skyjack SJ1256 THS is a high-capacity telehandler built for heavy-duty lifting and maximum reach on demanding job sites. With a 12,000 lbs (5,443 kg) maximum lift capacity and 56’ 3” (17.14 m) lift height, it provides exceptional load handling and stability. Its outriggers deliver increased lift performance, with up to 7,000 lbs (3,175 kg) capacity at maximum height and 3,500 lbs (1,588 kg) at maximum forward reach.
Powered by a 107 hp / 320 lb-ft Deutz TCD 3.6L Tier 4 Final engine, the SJ1256 THS features a SMARTORQUE™ system for high performance without the need for DPF or DEF, along with a 3-speed Dana powershift transmission and Dana axles for durability. Standard features include a yoke-mounted lifting hook, 48” quick-attach floating pin carriage, and rugged foam-filled 14 x 24 Grip Lug tires for rough terrain capability.
Designed for serviceability and reliability, it incorporates color-coded, numbered wiring, steel engine and component covers, and axle mount outriggers. Operator comfort is enhanced with a suspension seat, single multifunction joystick, and in-cab multifunction display. Optional attachments—including carriages, fork sets, truss booms, and buckets—expand its versatility for a wide range of applications.
